Nice locality, friendly family

Little bit cold temperamente, but acceptable

Spacious apartment for our family holidays. Well-equipped kitchen, living room with door to terrace/garden. Close to the woods and ski resort, but also frequent bus directly to Innsbruck city center. We liked to use the sauna and table-tennis. Very friendly host. Very much recommended!

Amazing stay! This is where we loved a home away from home! Hosts were great and Facilities were wonderful with Ping pong table / climbing wall / sauna / swimming pool. Total comfort for a total retreat… Perfect 10 highly recommended!

The property, located in the hills above Innsbruck, offers garden views from ground-floor rooms, which are well-equipped and comfortable. The surrounding garden is ideal for a stroll, coffee, or relaxation, with seating right outside the rooms. For smokers, this area is convenient. Getting there: From Innsbruck Hbf, walk 5 minutes to the Sillpark bus stop, take Bus #J towards Igls Patscherkofel, and alight at Igls Alte Talstation (9th stop). From there, follow the left uphill lane (Badhausstrabe 28) for 5 minutes to reach the property. The Bus at Alte Talstation from both directions stops at the same place, so please note what is written on the bus. From Innsbruck Hbf to the property - Take bus J toward Igls Patscherkofel. From the property to Innsbruck city(Hbf or any other place in the city area): Take the Bus J toward Igls Nordkette. Facilities include a 1.45m-deep indoor pool (heated on request) and a cozy, stone-heated sauna. Hospitality by Ms. Eva and her husband was outstanding. Note: Bus frequency may decrease on weekends and holidays but runs after 20:00. The property accepts card payments and is meticulously maintained—please handle it with care. Use appropriate waste-bin options and timely dispose those of. The property will send you the "Welcome Card" which covers public transport upon your arrival to the city. Auto-activated. Just keep it with you. Neither the Innsbruck Card nor the Welcome card covers the Stubai Glacier visit since last summer, however, it covers the return bus service. Stubai Glacier ticket cost for 2 adults and 1 child is 79 Euro. Top of Innsbruck unless it snows on the top, seemed too inconvenient for us. With only 1 funicular and one cable car operational, it was too crowded during the rides.

The only thing we didn't like was the pillows. It was quite uncomfortable. Please note: The indoor swimming pool is ONLY for adults and kids who know good swimming. It is 1.45 meters deep throughout. There is no kids' area in the pool. We didn't find scissors in the apartment. Please bring one if you need it. If you are a hard liquor person, we couldn't find an appropriate glass for that as well. I am sure if you request them, they will arrange it. Ms. Eva and her husband are nice people. We found it with a bit higher cost, though.

Amazing apartment, 650sq ft or so with 2 rooms & large balcony (huge bedroom and a living room- kitchen filled with everything needed to cook & dining room table nook). Kitchenette also has the little things one always forgets: salt/pepper, dishwasher and washing machine tabs, oils, etc.... . Family run apartment, each spoke better English than me! Room is beautifully decorated, to include a beautiful rug in the bedroom. Easy check-in, plenty of parking. Family has an unbelievable deal with the local bakery, they'll deliver from a list of 60 or so bakery goods at same cost as if you were at bakery to hotel every morning, kudos! Spar (food store) is located in city (about 1km away) to pick up basic items for kitchen, if wanted. We originally booked the apartment for the washing machine, we had been on the road for a couple weeks. Did 3 loads while we were there, washing machine was near the spa area in basement so very easy process. Spa area is really nice- has a dry sauna that gets above 84C, so nice. Couple rest rooms post sauna and a pool next to spa area (indoor pool but owner can remove 1/2 the roof to make it an indoor/outdoor pool, what a great idea). There are some amazing running or hiking paths about 50m from apartment, Ultwald Runde, 6.6km path with signs is one of the many routes thru a very well maintained forest. Free bus to Innsbruck (about 300m from Apartment) which is included in the Apartment City Tax fee. Innsbruck is a very busy city, parking is an issue- bus runs every 10 minutes and only takes 18 min to get to walkplatz area in Innsbruck. We don't have young children but they have a very large backyard with kids swings, play stuff- super kewl!

The staff is so nice and the location is quiet and nice view. The room is quite big and well organized.

Located with J bus that connects us between two mountain peaks, making it easy to go for hiking in both locations. Bread service is great! We can order fresh bread for the next morning. The sauna is perfect after the long hikes, swimming pool with warm water, and pingpong table! Room has so much space, and kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to be self sufficient. And last but not least, Familie Wolf was a great host 😊 communication was great and everyone was lovely. Thank you!
