An excellent, roomy, well-equipped house in an great location, very close to the cable car and funicular stations. It's also at the end of the frequent J bus route which is very handy for going to the supermarket (10 mins) and getting into Innsbruck (15 mins) if you don't have a car.

Whilst we were staying there was unfortunately an active building site next door which I guess will be going on into 2026, and whilst in no way is the the fault of the property owner, it was noisy, especially early mornings.

Location: next to the building site (very noisy from 7am to 5pm).

Everything was perfect. The owner was very attentive, showed and told everything. The location is great, the view from the windows is breathtaking. It was the best winter vacation. I hope to come back here someday.

Spacious bed rooms, well equipped kitchen, fast wifi.

The home was in wonderful condition, location perfect, views from the home stunning.
