Great location with beautiful views. Spacious apartment great for families. Everything we needed was provided. Very very nice property within a 2 min walk to cable cars and bus stops.

During the summer months there was not any convenient stores or places to get groceries nearby without going down into town. This wasn't a problem though as its a short drive if you have a car, short cable car ride or 15 min bus ride into town. Limited restaurants near the property but easy to order foodora when you want to stay in. Many places start closing around 1800 but this is more of an Austria-wide quirk.

Beds were not very comfortable - separate beds combined to make a Queen bed; thin mattress with a slightly hard feel Towels were very hard - might have been bleached extensively Only a washing machine but no dryer - had a clothes rack for drying Refrigerator was dated with no side shelves No elevator - had to lug all suitcases through the stairs Location is away from the city - took about 10-12 minutes by car, cannot walk to the main areas as this is quite a bit up from the main city Also, instructions to get in were not very clear and no one was there to check us in. We ended up moving into a different apartment and when later on the host arrived, we were told to move to another place, which was not adequately labelled.

A very spacious and comfortable house in an excellent location. The house is equipped with all that is needed for a family on holiday. The views from all windows are worth it. Especially wonderful is the 360° glass walled living room and kitchen area on the 2nd floor.

Non provision of toiletries

Clear and easy communication from the host meant that I was able to easily locate and get in the property.

The heating was too high despite turning all the radiators off. The parking situation was difficult, with no assigned spaces for residents.

The room is perfect for bigger family.
