I loved this apartment. Very clean, equipped with everything you need for an easy stay. The host is very friendly and easy going. I will miss this apartment!

Large 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with large kitchen. Free parking inside the fenced yard. A pleasant owner who tried to help with some of the problems (broken Nesspresso machine, fans).

The momet you enter the building from the parking lot it's a distinct bad smell coming from the carpet on the stairs. Once inside the apartment (we staid in apartment B): - VERY hard mattresses - floors making loud squeeking and creaking noises when you walked from the bedroom(s) to the bathroom(s) - one bathroom door being swollen and VERY hard to close - some kitchen utensils and machines not working (coffee machine, salt/pepper dispensers, etc) - worst thing: apartment had NOT been cleaned before we started our stay. We found dirty underwear under the cabinet!!!! One dirty shower, somewhat dubious floors both in bedrooms and in the kitchen.

A spacious apartment on a mountain with a nice view of Innsbruck, also very close to the Top of Innsbruck Cable Car station. A good deal for someone coming with a car.

The apartment is a little worn. Also, there is no supermarket nearby so you'll have to drive all the way to downtown, which is about 15 minutes away, to buy your groceries.

Beautiful, modern apartment will all facilities required. Spectacular views of Innsbruck and the Alps. The owner, Claudius, was very helpful too. Would highly recommend.

Owner was very friendly and supportive. Everything you may need is available in the property. The layout is good and location not bad

Property is not air conditioned. Only 2 rooms had a cooling machine with a hose going out of window. So had to keep window open and insects were coming in. The cooling machine made me sick as it doesn’t distribute the air evenly. Stairs from ground floor directly so was difficult carrying the luggage. There was a weird smell and the mattress was definitely uncomfortable. It’s also very bright in the morning

I used the filter to get AC and there were only 2 units in 2 rooms, other rooms were warm during the day

Excellent Mountain View. Drinking Water is sweet here, very natural. We had 3 comfortable summer nights here although the temperatures were reported all above 30 degree.
