"All in all, a unique experience."

Breakfast not applicable. Fascinating flat in Inverarary accessable to all attractions and local facilities.

While there was heating in the rooms/hallway we found that , at this time of year, it was inadequate for comfort. Kirstin did stress that there was an oil heater for use if too cold and this did help to alleviate a certain amount of discomfort. Perhaps it was something to do with age, feeling the cold more!

The apartment is so quirky , fresh, clean, and has everything you need for the perfect stay, kisten was lovley and made sure we were OK, and there at the end of the phone if needed, we will definitely return to this wee gem of a place.

"Perfect property for a short stay. If"

This is a gorgeous atmospheric property having originally been part of the jail. Tasteful and unique interiors. Also liked table for eating in room - we like to cook also on holiday so it was nice to have a dining area. Property is in the centre of Inveraray which is a fabulous base for visiting wider parts of Argyll and Bute.

Fridge/freezer felt too low and hob a little old. Longer term, I would refit kitchen to maximise limited space

"Great place for 3 nights during the Inveraray Highland Games"

Right in the heart of the town, everything walkable including the market and the castle. Perfect size for 2 people. We took advantage of the discount at the Jail attraction which gave us a different view of the accommodations (the back side!)

Nothing was unsatisfactory!

"Great value break away!"

Fantastic conversation from the old cells, comfortable and furnishing are superb! Had everything we needed (apart from the weather) Ha Ha! But still really enjoyed our stay, the walks and views are stunning! Food from the local hotel I personally feel is a bit pricey but hey ho that’s what it is! Love the wee shop next door that sells everything! Only thing we heard during our stay was the “jingling of keys” but who knows? Would highly recommend a stay here no problem.
