Sehr gute Lage; Gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit stylischen Details.

Schwer zu lüften, da nur zwei kleine Kippfenster zur Verfügung stehen; Absolut Null Stauraum (wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern da); Teils ekelige Polster, die nicht nur „gebraucht“ gerochen, sondern auch so ausgesehen haben; die Matratze waren ohne Topper oder Schoner und wahrscheinlich im gleichen Zustand - es ist nicht sehr angenehm, die Personen vor einem zu riechen, die in den Betten geschlafen haben; Im Bad gibt es diverse Schimmelspuren und an den Stellen, wo man nicht so genau schaut, ist auch nicht gut geputzt - Fingerspuren über unserer Bettkoje;) Alles in allem ist der Preis schlicht und ergreifend nicht angemessen.

Location is very good.

The hot water is very less/short. The apartment is very hot inside. Even though there’s a fan but the window cannot be opened. There’re only two small window on the top can be opened with a little gap.

Perfekte Lage; gute Lokale ums Eck; Küche hat alles was man braucht!; modern eingerichtet!

Nur Männershampoo; kalte Dusche - am Ankunftstag nach 3 Minuten kein heißes Wasser mehr; kein Schrank um Kleidung/ Gepäck für Kinder und mich zu verstauen;

I would give this place at most two stars. One star is for the location — it’s quite good. If you’re only considering location and there are no more than two of you, this place might work, but honestly, I’d still recommend looking elsewhere, especially considering the price. The space was much smaller than I expected. There were no closets or even hangers to hang clothes. The TV and internet were not working when we arrived, and we had to spend quite a bit of time setting everything up ourselves. The worst part was the hot water. After just one person showered — for less than 10 minutes — there was no hot water left. The host responded that it’s an instantaneous water heater and may take time to recover if a lot of hot water is used, but this wasn’t the case for us. After a long day out, not being able to take a proper hot shower was very frustrating. The kitchen was decently equipped, but just standard. The room itself felt stuffy and poorly ventilated. There’s only a small window near the ceiling that opens, and the air quality inside was really not great.

Location was good if your focus was Innsbruck city, close to the pedestrian area and restaurants. Kitchen has what is required with Washing machine as well as dish washer. a toaster would be a nice addition. bathroom is nice, with floor heating

the apartment is neat and functional and location is convenient if your focus is on the city. it is however very small and though it does have sleeping space for 4 people, there is no space for luggage for 4 people going skiing. we had to re-arrange the furniture, and to open close luggage all the time as there was too little space. 2 of the sleeping spaces is in an alcove with very tight stairs, not for older people or people to need to get to the bathroom at night. No shower gel or shampoo offered and 2 toilet rolls for 4 people for one week is just...... heating didnt work the first night, but a nice feature is the floor heating in the bathroom, which we cranked up and opened the door for the heat to spread to the other room. Connectivity for skiing is cumbersome and exhausting

Good Location just outside of Old Town with good proximity to the OBB train station. Good quality kitchen area for proper cooking. Very good shower room. Furniture is of good size and comfortable. Staff spoke good English when we called for an enquiry.

Could provide a few more kitchen utensils but I like cooking breakfast so your milage may vary.
