Good location. The bathroom was excellent and the facilities also excellent.

I’m afraid the beds were a disaster. The mezzanine impossible to get in unless very fit and mobile. The bottom bed also difficult to get in and out of and cramped for 2 people. The sofa beds were simply awful. Also during our stay there was a pile of rubbish dumped out side the building.

Good location, close to supermarket, train station, and cafes. It was a 12 minute walk to the old town. Good bathroom, large sitting area and kitchen had everything except an oven. It didn't have any stairs.

We were there in September, and the apartment was hot. The front window faced the footpath, so there was no privacy, and we had to keep the curtains closed all the time . The back windows faced a walkway, so privacy and security were an issue . The bedroom had a low mezzanine ceiling with another double bed above the ground floor bed. If you are taller than 175cm, you would need to bend down to walk under it to get to bed. We found the bed to be low to the floor.

The facility are complete and they location near to city center.

The location is great with a short walk to the train station and the old town center.

Access to the accommodation was overly complicated and not ideal after traveling all day with kid's.

Nothing at all was dusty and not clean

Very dusty, spider webs , cockroach, dirty toilets I had to clean it, blocked shower drainage, dirty water boiler, dirty toaster, dirty vacuum

Nice size. Separate bedroom. Good living area. Convenient to the station and buses. This property gives you access to the Innsbruck Welcome Card which has free public transport and a raft of free guided walks and e-bike tours (just pay for bike rental if necessary) Great value experience!

Location is convenient for sights in Innsbruck, easy to check in & out with the key code for the door.

Facilities are all as described but basic - e.g. 'toiletries are provided', but it's one small sachet of shower gel and one toilet roll for a 5 night stay. Microwave is in a cupboard well above head height (have to stand on a chair to use it), nowhere to hang clothes or put luggage. Flat is smaller than it seems in the pictures, not sure how a large group would fit - I was fine as travelling alone. Room was dusty, shower didn't drain properly. Would expect better for the price - it's basic accommodation but not priced accordingly.
