Good location. Clean, had everything you needed

Bed space was very claustrophobic

Location to the main train station. Had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Walkable to various points of interest. + Points for Washing machines, dishwasher, smart tv. Shower very good ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beds we're either too hard or too soft. Sofa bed uncomfortable. Needs more dusting especially around the bed area. Cupboards dusty and head area. No knives for cooking.

The apartment was great very modern, clean and well equipped. It was in a good location, walking distance from the old town and river. The kids loved the loft.

Easy walking distance to old town attractions. Enough space for family of 6.

Insufficient hot water for 6

It was equipped with facilities like a kitchen, a huge fridge, a washer and a coffee machine. Location was also good, short walk to Innsbruck Hbf and a bus stop nearby to take the bus to the old town.

The bed. Mattress was sinking in the middle somehow.

Decent size, location was fantastic.

Would have liked another pillow, and the one I had was lousy...

A lot of things. Staff is not friendly, the apartment was used, I mean some use the apartment the day before and nobody clean it. Towel on the floor, food in the fridge, used linen, etc

The electric kettle has a white powdery film on the inside. It needs to be replaced or cleaned. I was unable to use it.
