The management team seems like not communicate with the cleaning company effectively. Because the cleaning company keep calling me FOUR calls continuously until I picked up the call in Munich around 1pm just for the checkout confirmation. According the house rules was that: checkout time must before 10am otherwise the guest have to be charged. To avoid being charged we have to check out on time for sure! 2. The house rules also started clearly: the guest have to clear and throw all the rubbish before checking out. We are lucky because the rubbish truck came the check out morning, if not we really don’t know where to throw the rubbish as a foreign traveler.

Mold smell in the bathroom, missing frying pan, they never got back to me about late check out and the bottom bed was impossible to sleep on with the other person. It is way smaller then it looks like on the pictures.

it’s not clean at all and beds not clean and not comfortable and underneath the bed so many dust. and the apartment has no fresh air .. and the sofa is broken 👎

The property had an easy access through the online check-in, the facilities were all great,it was clean,the bed was comfortable and i liked the modern and contemporary vibe of it! It offered everything someone would need (washmachines,glasses,plates,coffee etc) The bathroom,shower,kitchen and bed have a great design!

The water in the shower sometimes turned cold so maybe you need to wait for some time (some hours) to be warm again.

It was a keycode so there was no need to meet for a key

Location was amazing! 7 minutes walk to the best restaurants and station

The matras was not very comfortable for me

The room had everything we needed but it was very much a two bedded studio (I don’t think the description made this clear).

We were woken by road works right outside the door on our first morning. Our Innsbruck cards were not provided in a timely fashion. The upper bed wasn’t easy to access.

central location, very close to the main station to access public transport. Very close to town centre easy to walk around. well equipped for self contained stay. easy to access. automated communication from property manager but no response received when emailed to query whether we could access the property early and no follow up in subsequent days.

No hand soap in bathroom. bedroom very hot. lighting in bedroom poor, only one central light on entrance to room made it difficult to see when close to window where luggage had been placed. Bathroom towels were hand towel size and not practical for bathing.
