L'appartamento è nel centro storico di La Spezia ed è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria per visitare le 5 terre. Nella strada sotto l alloggio vi sono alcuni locali per trascorrere una serata nella movida del sabato sera mentre nei paraggi ci sono diversi ristoranti dove poter mangiare fino a tarda sera. Il proprietario disponibilissimo ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni relative ai mezzi pubblici e deposito bagagli per un soggiorno di relax e di cultura in giro per borghi.

"Super host, property, and location in La Spezia!"

Excellent communication with the host, super helpful and kind. Location was perfect to get to the main pedestrian walkway and to the port for excursions. Lots of bars and restaurants close by and the supermarket is 2 minutes away. We rented both the single and double apartments for our family. The building has a lift so that was great since we had suitcases. Would definitely return to Federico’s apartments.

Very minor issue but there was no drying rack for clothes that had been laundered.

Staff gentilissimo, pronto e disponibile. Posizione perfetta in centro storico pedonale. Appartamento completo di tutte le attrezzature. Cucina fornita di quanto necessario. Supermercato a due minuti. Servizi e luoghi di interesse tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Stazione di La Spezia centrale a 15 minuti di cammino.
