L'host è stato molto gentile e super disponibile, anche dopo il soggiorno. Posizione ottima della struttura nel pieno centro di La Spezia.

Airco was een must tijdens de warme zomer. Een wasmachine aanwezig was handig. De lift was heel cool e´ vlot.

Klein voor 4 personen, de deuren spande en waren moeilijk te openen of te sluiten. De ene badkamer lag vaak nat door kranen die lekte. De buren sloten de liftdeur niet goed dus moest je de trap nemen af en toe.

Apartment, host, location and kitchen facilities.

We stayed for 2 nights. A few basic facilities like handwash and shower gel were missing in the washrooms which the host provided on the second day. It should have been filled before our arrival. Also there is a leakage of water in one of the bathrooms, the door needs to be repaired.

Great location down town. Comfortable.

A little noisy at night. Parking situation was a challenge.

Location was great

Property was not cleaned completely after guests before us. One bedroom was left uncleaned even though we had paid for the use of the entire apartment. Also a dirty bucket of water, cleaning equipment and a bag of dirty linen was left in the lobby for our entire stay. We did inform the hosts of this issue.

The apartment was spacious and located in an excellent part of the town. Its facilities included a washing machine and a dishwasher.

We missed having an electric kettle and a clothes iron. The second bedroom did not have a bed, but a mattress on the floor.
