Good location

We were quite disappointed with our stay at this apartment. There was no introduction or walkthrough, which would have been helpful given the lack of security measures around the electrical outlets and the absence of clear instructions. Basic essentials like washing powder were also missing, which was inconvenient. When we encountered an issue, the host didn’t provide a proper solution, so we had to resolve it ourselves. The self-checkout process required us to leave money in a key box, which we did. However, the host later sent us rude messages, accusing us of not leaving the money, despite following her instructions. Since the host insisted on using this method, there’s no proof of our payment, but it’s unacceptable to be called liars after doing exactly what was asked. This experience left us with a very negative impression, and we would not recommend staying here.

The location was very good and the property was clean.

The security of the property was not great. No cameras working. Money was taken from our belongings when we were out for the day. The money was for my wedding payments and now we have some finance issues.

It had a great central location in LaSpezia to the port, train, shopping and restaurants. Erica was very informative about the apartments, information about local area and suggestions on visiting the Cinque Terra area by boat and train. That information was appreciated and very helpful.

There is some room for improvement needed on some facility items, which were expressed to Erica and feel she will make those improvements for future stays.

Location was good. Beds were comfortable Queen size. Not very noisy at night. Wifi worked well.

Toilet paper was limited. Parking was a little hike.

Great location lots of shops and eating options. Apartment compact but clean and two lovely bathrooms.

It isn’t a fully equipped kitchen, would be nice to have a toaster and a kettle. Bed in one of the rooms low to ground and slightly uncomfortable as we rolled to the middle.

It was close to the train station

It was good value for money, nothing fancy about it yet it has all basic needs

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Would highly recommend it. The hosts were fabulous to deal with and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

Great location, 5 minutes to the port, 10 minutes to the station. Lots of good eating places on your doorstep. Owner was so helpful, took great care to give an enjoyable stay.

The location is the best! Close to town centre, train station and the marinaharbour. Yet not to loud because its on a sidestreet.

Nothing to complain about.
