This apartment is well located, close to local transportation, shops and restaurants, it has all facilities and comfort you need for a short or long stay, and a large window like a screen which opens to the sea. The host is very nice and supportive. You cannot ask for more. We highly recommend it!

The location was central, close to everything in the city.

It was very hard to find a parking lot in the evening, and the noise at night from the cars, the windows are right next to the busiest street in town. Pictures showed a balcony, we specifically wanted a balcony.

Absolute fantastic location. Air conditioning.

On walking in the musky and mouldy smell hits you. I looked around the unit and straight away realised the bed wasn’t the same as the pictures on Booking.com and there must have been two apartments and used both units to sell the property. I messaged the host immediately. He mentioned that booking.com must have changed the settings. Wasn’t able to move to the room with the bed we wanted. Bed is very uncomfortable, like sleeping in a hole in the ground. Very old and tied mattress. Due to tossing and turning all night the cheap metal frame squeaked something terrible all night with the slightest movement from either person. The sheets were dirty and thread bare. The (white) towels were also threadbare and one we had to wash before using due to the suspicious black marks. The attention to detail and supplies were very poor. No shower wash or bath mats. No coffee or tea or any other basic condiments. On meeting Marco ( seems like a lovely man) I asked who ever his cleaner was to sack them. After walking on the floor in bare feet for 10 minutes feet were black. Showed him the dirty and mouldy shower. He advised he would speak to them. As he walked in with an IKEA bag with towels and sheets, I’m guessing he did the cleaning??? Lack of attention to detail. Lights not working, terrible bed broken and uncomfortable sofa bed doubling as a lounge to be advised wasn’t a hotel???. No curtains in any room. Toilet seat broken. Greatful for a washing machine, instructions and some washing powder would have been helpful. The user manual can be found via google.

Taking into account we had a longer stay, would have been nice to have another round of clean towels at hand

The location was excellent. While the property does not have its own parking space, there is parking around the building and in the plaza right next door. The apartment is big, equipped, and spacious! Also, the host Marco is very responsive and while we didn’t meet him, he was helpful and polite. I’d stay here with my family again.

This is not on the property or the host, but our car got hit while parked.

Easy to communicate with the owner who was very helpful. The spacious, light filled, clean and airy apartment is in a good location and handy for restaurants, shops etc. Everything we needed was provided.

No complaints. Would stay there again.
