The apartment was modern inside and very clean. The internet was excellent and the shower / bathroom and kitchen.

Location was excellent and a good base to explore the five Villages of Cinque Terre as well as Porto Venere and Lerice. The apartment was spacious with a scenic outlook - it contained all the amenities for a comfortable stay. There are Cafes and restaurants surrounding the property and the bus service is just outside the door which is extremely convenient. Although there are no Staff on site Marco communicated very well with us and responded promptly to all of our queries. The security in the building is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in La Spezia. Thank you Marco.

Very nice, very clean, atmospheric apartment with beautiful views from the windows. Close to restaurants and cafe's. Not far from big marketplace, with all kind of Italian fruits, vegetables and fresh fish.

Difficult to find parking, but city is not too big, so it was okay.

We loved this accommodation! We were going to stay at Cinque Terre and had actually booked accommodation in RioMaggiore but then decided we didn't want to drag large suitcases up stairs and over cobblestones. We're so happy we booked this accommodation instead. It was huge! Very central and close to lovely cafes, restaurants and shopping, as well as close to the train to Cinque Terre. Plus it was a lot cheaper than the accommodation in Cinque Terre. And don't forget to go to the cool Murphys Pub just around the corner from the accommodation...the food was delicious and very cheap! We will be back!

This is a separate apartment. You have to call the guy a couple times before you get in.

The flat is very well located for your trips. Nice view on the port. You have a lift in the building, very useful ! You have the air conditioner is the rooms. The owner Marco is very Nice 🙂
