"Fine for the price but need to fix the sewage smells"

Good location, room was clean and modern, key code access, shop nearby, cheap.

Constant strong smell of sewage from soil drains coming from somewhere in bedroom. I know this smell as I'm a plumber. Evidence of mould on walls. Thin walls, woken up at 1am & 2am by next door on a video call and someone snoring.
