Location was good, bed was comfortable, had clean towels

The room smelt of damp and mould when I walked in, bed had a old plaster stuck to the sheet, dirty bannana skins in in the bin and the shower didn’t work properly.

The location was great

It was dirty, and absolutely nothing in the kitchen, cups, plates cutlery or cooking facilities. The window blinds were broken and hanging off, so no privacy even in the bathroom. Hairs stuck on the bathroom tiles.

There wasn't anything to like, it was a poor stay.

No utensils (pots, pans, 2 knives 1 spoon, no forks) No Bathroom mirror. Mattress unbearable with plastic wrap on. TV didn't basic apps like iPlayer or ITV X.

Easy communication, nice quiet location

Nothing.

The place was clean and had all the basic and necessary items that I needed. It was very close to where I went to work and not too far from bus stops and Leicester train station (about 10-12min). It was a self check in but the process was very simple and straight forward.

I stayed in the flat next to the main exit door so every time a guest goes in and out the door makes some noise which disturbed me a bit but once I fell asleep it was ok.

Having a kitchen with oven and washing machine if needed. Location near to O2 Academy and Fire Station.

1 window with no latch, so impossible to close. This would make it freezing in the winter with the draft coming in 2 windows. Blinds on 1 window would not fully close. 1 window would only partially close. No double glazing so outside noise is heard indoors. Mattress sagged in the middle and filthy. Huge blood stain on the mattress. Pillows very thin and old. Window frames dirty. Shower leaked. Room for unable to lock when inside. 1 plate, 3 bowls, 2 cups and 1 pint glass in kitchen. But a drawer full of cutlery and knives.

Suitable size & facilitys for 1 person stay or couple

Shower was leaking water from bottom & bed was not very comfortable
