You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Security deposit & lead guest's ID are collected by the Charge Automation app 48 hours prior to arrival, a link will be sent following the booking being made.

"Pleasant short stay in city centre."

Spacious room. Equipped kitchenette and toiletries provided. Good communication from host. Easy access / check in / check out process. Reasonable price for central location.

Creaky floors. No lift. Luckily only few flights of stairs, but enough when carrying luggage. A lot of noise from other rooms / corridors / outside / birds. Bathroom very small. Tap water does not come out very much. Lack of space/storage in bathroom. Shower head fixing broken, so hose does not sit / face right direction. Very hard to park nearby. We were lucky to get a place round the corner from property. However, this was after we had already spent money we didn’t need to, paying for the recommended car park in advance, which was a longer walk away. Overall ok stay and would use again if really needed to.
