This is excellent! It is located in the heart of the city centre.

Location

Facilities were poor bathroom was poor, sink was tiny so couldn't even clean your face in it, shower was older than I was and water was either ice cold or scalding hot.

It was great location. I had a room in the back so didn’t hear the street noise Room was big enough. Had wee kitchenette couch tv shower room Bed linen was clean and had enough pillows

Not very clean. Bed was a little uncomfortable Noise from a couple in another room was too much. But not the property fault

Location was good for city centre access however it was so noisy at night all through the night

The "apartment" wasnt an apartment it was a room, it also wasn't very clean there was hair on the floor and the hallway was also dirty and needed hoovering so didn't give a good first inpression

Location was spot on room basic but comfortable

We arrived at Apartment 5 to find it hadn’t been cleaned—rubbish from previous guests was still there, and there were no fresh towels. I contacted customer service and was "upgraded" to Apartment 4, but it wasn’t much better. The place had a terrible smell, especially coming from the bathroom. The only real positive is the location, but that doesn’t make up for how overpriced and run-down the place is. There are very few power outlets, and the rooms look nothing like the pictures. Disappointing experience overall.
