Ideal location 2 fine big beds. Good communication from the staff. Would stay there again and recommend.

location good. non working fridge was replaced quickly.

very small room. tiny bathroom even smaller shower, miniature bathroom sink, tiny tv that had poor signal. No reading lamps. stained pillows. Didn't like the fact that we had to authorise £100 damage deposit & agree to pay, for example £50 plus cost of a cup if said cup was broken... Not given any idea how long this is in place for. Or received any communication that All is ok & we will not be charged.

The size was absolutely tiny nothing like the pictures .. the shower is rediculous small .. the window didnt shut so all the noise of the street and night clubs was going on until 5 am then theres a constant buzzing noise couldnt sleep because of this .. we booked for 2 nights but we left and booked l somewhere else .

The place was spotless , little too noisy for me, but if you are there for a night out on the town and shopping, this is perfect .

Had everything you needed. It's great having a fridge for drinks. theperfect only thing I would do is put something at the window. Had to keep curtains closed till you were dressed , so no daylight. But it wouldn't stop me from visiting again.

It’s a convenient location for public transport, shops and restaurants.

Even though the room was very small, the electric panel heater was ineffective so the room was very cold, and the tiny shower room even colder. The bedroom window didn’t close properly (it had no fastening at all) which meant the double glazing was useless at keeping out the cold and the noise from the busy city-centre street below, so I hardly slept. I wasn’t given the wifi password in the check-in information and had to chase it up twice. By the time I received it, it was too late to be of much use to me. On arrival, the room should be warm and inviting. This room felt very cold and rather shabby. I had an uncomfortable two-night stay and I wouldn’t stay there again if I could avoid it. Despite the convenient location, it was very disappointing and very poor value for money.
