The apartment is located near the city center. So you can do everything on the fly. The apartment is neat and clean. friendly and helpful staff.

Location is very convenient.

The second bedroom is inconvenient. Not functional.

Big apartment in a central location. Easy check-in with key box.

Very squeaky bed in the main bedroom, uncomfortable mattress and old bed sheets with holes in the small bedroom. The apartment in general wasn’t cleaned well. As there is no AC in the bedrooms and the street outside is too loud to leave the windows open, prepare for summer nights to be hot and having to sleep with the bedroom doors open. For the price, we expected more comfort and cleanliness.

Such a huge apartment! And very central with a view.

Spacious living room and dining room.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The pillows and comforters were old and yellow. I question how old they are and if they were ever washed. The air conditioner was only in the living room which is impossible to cool the bedrooms since they are on the other side of the apartment. Several fans would have nice considering it’s the middle of summer. Opening the windows at night only let in the smell of strong spices from the ethnic restaurant below, which was nauseating when trying to sleep in the heat. Also, it was annoying hearing glass bottles, glasses and kitchen staff working late at night when trying to sleep. So we had to keep the windows closed from the odor.

Close to Dragon Bridge. Clean and spacious.

Hidden fees makes me question its legitimacy. Never received refund for cleaning fee deposit and we left it spotless. Booked 2 bedroom apartment and didn't know price was per person and not for entire apartment. Multiple emails sent back and forth where I referred to "we" and not once did they state price was per person. So almost doubled stated price. Check in app was not working and extra fees to check in if you needed help. Ended up costing $350 more than price that was quoted. Hopefully Booking.com will investigate and remove this accommodation from their site. I have stayed in over 50 places through Booking.com and I have never had this situation before.

The apartment is big, nice and in a very good location

There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms and this is a big problem in hot weather. The cleanliness of the apartment also left much to be desired, there was a lot of dust everywhere.
