Very good location !! The apartment is big ( very nice living room and dining room) and nicely decorated. A parking nearby provided by the owner and one very closed (2mn walk)were our son was able to park his car. And a balcony that was highly appreciated !!

The beds were too soft for us. One bedroom is a little small for two. Our son and daughter in law slept in it. Unfortunately no air conditioning in the bedroom. The first night we kept the window open and couldn’t sleep because of the noise coming from the street. But when the windows are closed you don’t hear anything. The second night we stoped the air conditioning in the living room and kept the windows opened in there and it was fine.

Well located near the entertainment district - on the second floor - with a balcony overlooking the river, towards the old castle on top of the hill. The room sizes were ample as was the washroom. The kitchen was very cute and useful for small meals. The apartment is full of interesting old world charm including a variety of artwork - some medieval - some modern. Within easy walking distance of the Dragon Bridge, the downtown market and the vermicular to the castle. We walked everywhere, but would recommend a taxi if you were going to the bus/train station with luggage. Plenty of small local shops nearby for daily needs. Entrance is on busy and vibrant pedestrian only side street with a wide variety of cafes and small shops. Clean and comfortable.

Better instructions on where/how to dispose of trash. It's a unique system to us.!

Why do we have to use the app Zymco and they have to charge us for using them - that is robbery. The key was not issued earlier and we have to stand outside the door for hours waiting for the code to be given at 4:00 pm by Zymzo. We will never use this people again and will not even recommend to anybody. Will write a review for everyone to avoid this property not only that you have to drag your luggage up several stair to get to the apartment

The appartment is amazing, it has beautiful pieces of art and furniture inside. The view from the appartment is great as well, it is overlooking at the funicular.

Most of the furniture felt like it has been through a lot and was a bit dirty. There are a lot of details that miss some maintenance for an appartment of this calibre. The garage is across the river from the appartment and the whole interaction with the host was completely transactional. The bed in the larger bedroom sounded like it was gonna brake beneath us.

problem wasn’t so much the apartment itself, although it did not have the advertised microwave and certainly could use some coffee mugs. But the owner or manager was a nightmare. Two days before arrival, we began sending her messages about parking (the advert said she would help guide us) and dropping off luggage a few hours early. No reply. Finally contacted her on WhatsApp and got parking information and she said her cleaning lady would be around, which we took to mean we could drop off our luggage. We arrived at 12:30, 90 minutes before check-in, and the prior guests were still in the apartment. We messaged the owner, who responded that they shouldn’t be and that the cleaning lady was running late because of sick children. The guests from the night before told us they were not leaving until 1:30, which left us in an awkward position since we had nowhere to put our bags and knew the apartment would not be cleaned before 2. We hung out until they left, trying to get on the internet, but the password the owner gave us was wrong. She told us to wait for the cleaning lady to help us. We finally got the password from the other guests as they left, took the key from them, put our luggage inside, along with 40 euros worth of groceries we’d just bought and left to find lunch. Thirty minutes later we were on the other side of town when the owner called to say that we needed to return because the cleaning lady did not have the key. What choice did we have since we knew the sheets and towels were dirty. So we returned, let her in and went on our way. BUT, SERIOUSLY, guests need to give cleaning lady the key? When we returned late that afternoon, we discovered that all the food we’d just put in the fridge was gone. We messaged the owner who replied that she would never again allow guests in the apartment in the absence of the cleaning lady, an odd response since that is precisely what she had told us to do. And our food?

It was a great location. Most of the apartment was lovely and very big.

The second bedroom was extremely small. There was not room for our suitcases. There was a large locked piece of furniture in the bedroom which made it impossible to get to the left side of the bed. I had to crawl over my husband to get out of bed. It was very warm but we couldn’t open the window but it was so noisy outside. The noise continued until the early hours of the morning. My husband finally slept on the couch. There was a nice dining area off the living room but it wasn’t practical to use. It would have been better as a bedroom.
