It was centrally located. Beautiful apt and well furnished. Washing machine was very much appreciated.

1. Hosts were very Unaccommodating – was told nowhere to store luggage. Not true-large foyer and large area outside apt where we could have put our 2 bicycle panniers. 2. The countdown to apt access (at precisely 16:00) was very annoying. We had to wait and wait to gain access OR pay €25 to go in a bit early. Left a bad taste - seems like hosts (who never appeared) could have been accommodating, but refused. 3. The bed in master bedroom creaks horribly when rolling over, thus waking up a light sleeper like me. 4. No coffee, tea, napkins, paper towels, bath soap, shampoo, etc. Every other room we have stayed at has these amenities. We are on bicycles and cannot carry much. Having to carry all these things would be a major pain. Luckily almost every other place we have stayed at has these. 5. It would have been very good to have a "welcome book" that would explain how to use the washer and tourist information. My wife had to patiently download the instructions for the washing machine. 6. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived. We ran the dishwasher and put everything away. Seems like the €49 cleaning fee is a scam. 7. There are zero ice trays, so no way of making ice cubes for drinks.

Air con is only in the living room (and this is not specified in the description. No AC in the bedrooms - it was hot and stiff air in the bedrooms. although, fan is provided, it does not help. Mattresses are awful! you just sink into them and as the beds are somewhat old, they creak. So if you have any sort of spine issues or prefer good mattress, sleeping on these will be a killer. Cleanliness was not perfect. No detergent, no coffee, no spare waste bags provided. Very limited amount of soap provided, we had to buy essentials ourselves. I was expecting more of the money paid.

The location is really great, only a few minutes walk from main attractions in Ljubjlana centre. The apartment itself is huge and sames as on the pictures. It has a nice view to the castle and quiet, even though it is in the centre. 

The check in and a deposit handling process is really bureaucratic and complicated. I didn’t like that we had to pay the tourist tax on a different site, separately. I do not understand why property doesn’t includes this fee to their rates. Without paying extra fee we weren't allowed to check in earlier than 4pm however the keys were already in their safe box. The deposit refunding process is also very long. 10 days after checking out I still havent received my 100 euros deposit. The balcony was also extremely dirty because of the pigeons.  It would have been nice sitting on the balcony in the evenings, but we couldn’t do that because pigeons are using the balcony as toilet and it is very dirty and smelly. Beds are very uncomfortable :(

The location was great, it was very spacious and the uniqueness of the apartment was a delight. Very secure and comfortable. When we contacted the host with issues, we received replies promptly which was great.

When we arrived, there weren’t any “free toiletries”-after we went a screenshot of the inclusions we received them, with an apology. No little extras like other places have supplied, no signal on the tv’s so they couldn’t be used. Lastly, we couldn’t get in earlier even though the apartment was ready unless we paid a fee.

The apartment is warm, quiet, elegant and cozy. The strongest point is the living room with a view of both castle and cathedral. Very helpful management, nearby parking included!

Apart from a tiny (already used) soap there were no free toiletries. Bedding needed airing.

Perfect location, close to the dragon bridge, so we could easily walk everywhere. Great size of the apartment (bigger than it looks on pictures), perfect for three ladies travelling with BIG suitcases. Nice with high ceilings and great to have both a bathroom and a guest toilet.

Birds use one part of the balcony as a toilet but it was not a big problem because it is a big balcony :)
