L emplacement pres du metro. L espace cuisine tres fonctionnel avec aussi la possibilité de faire une lessive.

Le contraste entre les pieces refaites et celles qui demandent à être rafraichies ( peinture qui s écaille, meuble un peu brinqueballant) et manque de charme de l appartement. Un peu de déco moderne serait la bienvenue

L'emplacement à 2 pas du métro Joliette, les équipements et la propreté du logement. Logement de taille adaptée pour une famille Le rapport qualité prix

La décoration rudimentaire, un peu bruyant (une chambre donne sur l'avenue Hochelaga) et les parquets grincent++
