Convenient location and very clean apartment. Had everything needed for a short stay. Appropriate for a family of 4.

The shower curtain needs replacing. It's not dirty, just worn out.

"Great value right near metro"

Fantastic location 1 block from Metro. Lots of room for our family of 4. Full kitchen, and we loved the laundry facilities in the apartment. No problems with it at all.

The owner Salim was very helpful right from the start, clean apartment and he really cares and tries to make the stay very pleasant.

No insulation apartment units and the person(s) upstairs blast speakers on their TV on movie theatre mode until midnight. Of course, this is out of control of owner's hands but can be a big issue if you are a light sleeper.

Close to subway station, convenient for traveling. Cooking and clothes washing is handy.

Old building and poor installation of timber floor means noise from upstairs can be heard very clearly, each step, each conversation, each draw opening.
