The apartment is nice, but I couldn't stay due to the strong smell of paint.

I did not end up staying at this property because the conditions were unsafe. The listing was misleading — it said parking was available, but there was none. When I arrived, the building was under renovation. The walls and stairs were being painted, and the smell of paint inside was extremely strong. I was traveling with my mother, who has asthma, and my children and I could not risk their health by staying there. This situation was never mentioned in the listing. Guests should be made aware of these conditions before booking.

2 bathrooms. Open space. Modern looking Back porch. Great location

Property across street and next door were very trashy. You would have thought it was a bad neighborhood. Stairway was filthy, rug covering stairway was ripped in one spot and railing to the top was shaky needs to be tightened. We’re surprised and happy when opening the door to the suite and it was nice.

Les frais de ménage de 179$ plus taxe et la chambre était 169$ Alors ???

No parking. No elevator. Old bed mattress in the main room, you kind of sink. Neighborhood Edith rats on the street.

Great price for the location. The place is close for everything.

The apartment is very elegant, comfortable, clean and in a wonderful location.

The only real problem is the night-club located in front of the building, which is open during the weekend (not during the week, thank God!), and is very loud in the night.
