Structurally it is sagging

The location was perfect walking distance from stores, restaurants and the Bell Center. The apartment was clean and priced well.

The couch felt like it was going to break in two when two people sat on it. While the apartment was beautiful, it could use a little more TLC. There was crack filling not sanded down or painted and closet doors falling off.

The property is conveniently located downtown, very close to shopping and restaurants and museums and McGill. The unit itself was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The entry to the unit is kind of oddly through the lobby of a restaurant, and in a building that houses several restaurants, two of which appeared to be vacant. The area in front was dilapidated and full of trash, and a fair number of people hung out there at night. The biggest problems were the noise. The building is next to a giant construction pit site that begins work very early. This is also the view from the terrace right now. Additionally, there is a club across the street that has outdoor spaces and is extremely loud from about 10pm to maybe 3am. I was thankful to have brought noise-cancelling headphones because I never would have slept otherwise!

Great central location. Very spacious and light and bright. Very comfortable beds and perfect heating temp control. Host was extremely responsive

Construction next door did not affect our stay. Unit is well-insulated for sound and temperature
