dangerous stairway up to third floor..the railing was separated from wall.hallway carpeting was filthy..closet door to washer dryer was broken..deck was dirty

It was good and very clean.

The only thing that there was no elevator and we had to climb 3 floors with luggage.

The apartment is large and is close to all shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and the owner provided us with some flexibility on checkout time, which was appreciated.

This is not an accessible apartment - there are about 20 stairs to get to the apartment. In that sense it was not ideal for my elderly parent. Also, the furniture is a bit dated and the bathrooms are very slippery.

Keys were in a lock box by the door. The code was sent the day prior

It says there are one flight of stairs but there was 3 which was difficult with the luggage, older family members and a toddler. It wasn’t difficult to get up but wish we would have known prior

The property was unresponsive. Did not answer multiple requests.

Excellent location! Close to restaurants (Bis excellent Italian, L’Oeufrieur” excellent Breakfast and shopping in St. Catherine” Nice 2 bedroom apartment!

There was a leak in the staircase and a bucket had to be placed on the stairs and that made going up and down a bit tricky.

Clean, neat, location.

There is a prominent night club/restaurant across the street and patrons get a bit rowdy at closing time on weekends. A warning or provided ear plugs would have been a nice touch.
