The location and the space for parking.

Kitchen - kettle needed to be replaced. Lack of equiptment in the Kitchen. No instructions left how to use the oven and hob. Plug needed for the Kitchen Sink. Sitting Room - Sofa old and uncomfortable and dirty. Circular stain on one of the cushions. Bedroom - Bed uncomfortable. I could feel the metal springs in the matress when I ran my hand over the top of the matress. Bedding looked old, only two shabby pillows. White towels should have been binned, not fit for purpose. Lack of Clothes Hangers in the Wardrobe. Bathroom. Smelt damp on my arrival. No hooks on the back of the door. Hall only a Yale Lock on the door of the flat, there shoud have been a chain. Security - Whilst there was a code to enter the building, the back door of the buildings was left open for most of the day. Security was therefore poor and inadequate for lone travalers. Wifi - Details of how to access the Wifi should have been available on arrival. I went one day without the use of the Wifi and T.V.

It was a 5 mins walk to the sea

The room was absolutely filthy, we had to buy a mop and cleaning product s , the bedding and towels looked un washed and smelt , we bought new bedding . 2 of the windows were broken , no plugs in either sinks , no instructions for the cooker and dish washer. The caretakers were no use what so ever , and lived miles away . The initial room we were given was even dirtier than the second , we nearly packed up and came home

The location was good few mins walk to the beach and 3 mins walk to Tesco

The first room we stayed in had water coming out from the fridge/ freezer, ants everywhere, the bedsheets had marks on, we then got moved into another room which had more ants and most of the time the taps weren’t running and loud noises from upstairs. We had to buy ant spray. The first day we had to clean the place up ourselves, turns out there was a ant nest near the front door, even though we rang up the people to complain about they didn’t seem that bothered. My partner, friend and I was really looking forward to this holiday to celebrate together but this place just ruined it for us. We felt we had to shorten the holiday due to the problems and getting bitten.

The location was great right near the beach and 5 minute walk to the village centre.

The windows in the property were either very difficult to open or wouldn't open at all. The extractor in the kitchen area didnt work.

This property is listed as wheelchair accessible and it isn't, half of the property is down steep stairs and nowhere near accessible. The TV was broken and when I reported this I was advised they were aware, would have been nice to have been informed prior to arrival as we had children with us and could have arranged other things to entertain them. Also crockery and glasses, there were not enough to use for all of us in one sitting, we had 6 people staying and the property held 8 people. The extractor hood was broken, and the lights didn't work on it at all. Also in the oven one of the "shelves" didn't actually fit and so there was only one shelf that was able to be used, and no trays provided, meaning we bought food and were then unable to actually cook it unless we did one item at a time. Again not great for larger groups. The property is in slight disrepair and has holes in the walls and ceilings, and in terms of the sockets near beds, there are some but in certain cases they are behind the headboard.

Dirty, Grim, shower was a 90% angle and the boiler sounded like it was going to explode. Curtains didnt cover window in bedroom so anyone outside could see in. No batteries in remote control. The kitchen looked like it was going to fall apart. Took some photos but on husbands phone.

Everything . The wet room shower floods, the sink doesn’t drain , takes about 20mins. Rooms are drafty due to bedroom window not closing. Lack of utensils, dirty carpets, crap under the bed. Definitely not soundproof, sleepless night on 2nd and 3rd due to loud music . Manager there was not useful, didn’t get back to us , really reluctant to help, no sincere apologies in fact to this day she’s still “investigating “ the loud noise. No goodwill gesture or refund for disturbed nights. Complained to Booking.com , no support or refund either, well £10. We couldn’t get any other accommodation due to fully booked elsewhere during Easter and we had our pet . It’s absolutely disgusting charging prices at a premium when these apartments are located in a half way house. Terrible stay . Do not stay here, rip off.
