Spacious apartment for two people. Perfect place to stay in Mundesley if you're looking for somewhere less than 10 minutes walk from both the beach and the high street. Also having Tesco just around the corner helps!

Sofa and carpets dirty. Horrible smell which didn't improve. Patio door screwed at bottom and draughty at top, and it didn't open. Sheets threadbare. Frying pan rusty. Some crockery not washed properly.

I have seen this property for years running into disrepair so was really happy that someone had bought it and done it up

We were given a security code for the main door - the main do was never locked and was always left one - no security Entrance hall - stair cases looked amazing but dirty carpets, wet grass cuttings on the carpet and the carpet was dirty The rooms - No booklet with any instructions on how to use the appliances No way to increase the warmth in the rooms, my Dad is 84 and sat in his coat the whole time we were there. The table in the room was very old and had burn marks on it The bedding didn't match, the quilt covers were totally creased. My bed smelt of stale urine, to the point that I slept in my clothes and couldn't wait to get home to have a shower. We were supposed to stay for two nights but left at 8:30am after one night

Absolutely beautiful spot, our room was amazing and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Would’ve like more clean towels, and a squeegy to clean the bathroom floor with after using the shower.

Very spacious and clean apartment and ideally situated by the beach. The TV lounge area was enormous really relaxing to watch movies at night and the kitchen had more than ample facilities.

Great location. Fantastic sea views. Spacious accommodation.
