Spacious , great location

Decoration tired , door security poor ,shower curtain hopeless , building decoration tatty

Lovely building very spacious

Back door was difficult to open and close.

Spacious. Near the beach. Car parking.

The kitchen facilities were basic. The were not any kitchen condiments - no salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil. There was not any washing up liquid, dish cloth or washing up brush. A cafetière would have been good to make real ground coffee. In the bathroom there was not a plug in the wash basin and there was not a bath mat.

Attention to details with the fittings and would be superb.

On the outside the property looked great, it was spacious.

Unfortunately the whole downstairs level smelled so bad of damp that we couldn’t use the bedrooms down there. Even with all the windows open it was like a cave. I’m really surprised the property was let out like this. We had to take a mattress upstairs for the kids to sleep on. The property definitely needs a good clean and updating. All the furniture was old and the sofa broken.

Size. Facilities. Allowed us a late checkout. Great pub for food suggested. It was very roomy.

The place looks to be.in a state of update and many jobs are second rate. Silly things like door stops are missing so the handles have been smashed into wall. Bathroom made as wet room but no slope on floor so water sits. We had to wait 30mins for someone to show up to let us in. Wifi but didnt get code till before we left. Washing up still in dishwasher. It was not 100% clean. The sound carried from upstairs and im shocked that the bed was not in room opposite. The matttess is so soft its non existent!

The location was lovely and had a nice view, had a small garden that led onto the beach and a cut through to town whilst not being right in the middle, was a short drive to Cromer. The size of the apartment was really good with two double bed rooms and a small kitchenette for basic meals, I love the high ceilings and the fact that we could take our dog made us choose this accommodation. There's plenty of parking and a petrol station and Tesco Express a minutes walk.

First impressions count and as you walk in the carpets were very stained and sticky, the sofas were also stained, the pillow cases were heavily stained (I take my own anyway) the overall apartment just had a funky smell so we went and bought some air freshener. The toilet had a leak and smelt of urine, this was reported and they said they couldn't do anything as a plumber would need to come out, this didn't happen whilst we were there. The patio door to the garden didn't open but then didn't feel secure as it didn't fully close either, at the top it was damaged like someone had previously tried to pull the door off. I don't expect people to be quiet, however it seems that this was not just a holiday let, but families lived there and were very loud, the kids playing with ball in the halls etc We didn't spend a lot of time there so that review is more for anyone that would be in the future. Overall I would not stay here again, it lacked so much in cleanliness that I cannot look past that. It is a real shame because the building has so much potential if the small upgrades and upkeep are done.

Nothing! My booking was cancelled by the property at very late notice. I was just about to check-in.

As above... a total lack of communication. Plus I'd prepaid so after 7 days I'm still waiting for a refund!

The ground floor was nice

The bedrooms in the basement were damp and this made the flat smell and the bedrooms unusable. Luckily my sister was bringing her grandchildren but they weren't able to come due to illness.
