Grand Norfolk

There was a problem with the heating /hot water, the rep came out very promptly to get it sorted.

We were unable to lock the side door, there wasn't a plug in the sink, the only glasses were wine glasses no beer or tumblers. Small points but you did ask.

Very big lots of space for us a family of 5 Nice and quiet with great views and history just around the corner

Could of done with it own hoover we had little kids not a massive issue just could of made the experience 10/10

Spacious and clean, very nice apartment

The area, the apartment we stayed in and the lovely peace and quiet we will certainly return.

Spotlessly clean, spacious rooms with high ceilings. Owners responded to requests promptly. Flats away from road quiet. Beautiful architectural features

Windows to view in bedrooms not living space though adequate skylights. Hooks to hang coats in entrance hall needed.. some coffee stains on mattress. Good outweighed bad however.

Location perfect. Spacious apartment ,well equipped kitchen,easy to use TV.

Terrible smell in bathroom which after a few hours pervaded ,the whole flat.Probabky to do withe tge drains.As we were attending a concert at Trunch and need a short stay ,the proximity and price reflected this problem.However it would be a good plan to address the prob ,this would very much enhance this otherwise beautiful flat and do justice to your caretakers who were obviously doing their best

Very functional. Had what you need for a few days away. Great location for the beach. Staff were really polite and helpful. Good price.

Heating/ hot water was tricky. Arrived and was way too hot. Had to turn boiler off which meant no hot water. Apartment in need of some decoration as it's a bit tatty around the edges.

Mundesley was a lovely friendly village. lots to do and places to go

nobody there to welcome us despite us being on site from 4.30 and stating precisely we would be present 5pm. NO charachter to the place..felt like a slum. down and out present, suicidal folk, police and ambulance 4x. did not feel comfortable

Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 dogs. Walk to pub to eat out.

Showers were dirty. The building as a whole was a bit tatty. Needed an update.
