We found the beds to be very comfortable, kitchen facilities were excellent and had all you required. Welcome package was very good. Would recommend to others.

"The loud music on Saturday night spoilt our stay"

We loved the location of the apartment which was clean and welcoming. Plenty of dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, hand soaps, fluffy towels, nice bed linen.

The extraordinarily loud music from The Lady of the Lake music venue 20 metres away - noise until 2.30am on Sunday morning. Kettle full of limescale and not useable. Sticky tablecloth and mats. Uncomfortable pillows. Apartment cold when we arrived; heating had not been turned on. Fan in shower room did not work.

"Perfect apartment in a superb location"

Swan View is a lovely spacious apartment set in a stunning location. It was great to be able to walk to all Oulton Broad's attractions, shops and eateries and have free reserved parking. The view from the balcony was stunning and enabled you to freely watch all the village comings and goings and soak up the lively local atmosphere. The apartment facilities were first class and the king size beds exceptionally comfortable. We strongly recommend and hope to return soon.

This is a superb apartment overlooking the Norfolk Broads and surrounding park. Lots of great pubs and eating places close by. The apartment was clean and spacious and provided us with the perfect base for visiting our family in Lowestoft. The apartment had everything we needed for our seven night stay and the views were lovely. Couldn’t fault anything

A bit of noise from the close by pubs on a Friday and Saturday but we were aware of this and the shutters once closed provided a peaceful sleep.
