"A lovely modern, clean and comfortable apartment."

An excellent location. Lots of things to do and see for all ages and interests. The balcony is a real suntrap , perfect for enjoying a relaxing glass of wine in the evening.

The balcony was a suntrap and a bit too hot on occasion to sit out on during the day. A bit of shade (umbrella) would have been welcome.

Location was 10/10 for us (we were visiting family who live close by) and the view was fab! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Perfect position to be close to amenities but still feel that sense of peace

Such a tiny thing but it would have been nice to have been able to sit in a comfy sun chair on the balcony. We were there in April and the weather was very good for the time of year. In summer maybe an umbrella but maybe this is something that you provide then anyway. It didn't detract from our stay at all

For anybody who is looking to stay in a fantastic location with everything at your feet. Then Swan View is an excellent choice. I used to live in Lowestoft before moving abroad. I’ve been back for holidays many times but honestly nothing was as good as Swan View. Yes I will use again and again star rating 10/10. Very well done to the owners making it such a wonderful place to stay. And big thank you. Book now you will not be disappointed. Cheers Nigel and family Xx

"Stunning Apartment"

Beautiful Modern Apartment, very clean and fresh. Equipped with all of your home comforts. These hosts have thought of everything. Excellent communication throughout. Lovely welcome pack. Perfect location for walks and dining out. Stunning views. Off road, private parking for 2 cars. Will definitely stay again.
