The location is amazing, walk out onto the balcony and the river is so close, the boats, the wildlife, they’re right there. There’s a range of food & drink inc. coffee shops all within a few metres plus a lovely park. The property itself is spacious with 2 private parking spaces and everything feels modern

If the balcony has glass walls instead of brick walls you’d get the view whilst sat down, as it is you have to stand to take it all in. Only a minor negative.

Great location overlooking the water. Immaculate in cleanliness. Quality fittings/bedding/ towels etc. Good size two double bedrooms

Noisy pub across the road on Friday & Saturday nights into the early hours

Very little in surrounding area.... no quality restaurants, eateries or bars. Noise until late {midnight plus} from pub/club opposite the accommodation.

Could be a little noisy at times but generally not too bad, it’s was a bank holiday so probably busier/noisier in the evening. Windows have shutters which helped
