Great place to stay, close to the city and easy walk to parks and cafe's. The house is great value and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful shower, good heating and very comfortable bed, very homey , had everything you would possibly need

The quilts on the beds , we had slept only one person per double bed, but if there were two, the quilts would have definitely been too small

the beds were super comfortable the lounge was very comfortable as a chef loved the kitchen and very clean

instructions on how to get into the property were poor and my mum was just out of hospital and there was no information about the two flights of stairs so of course she had a fall and the pin to get in only worked sometimes so I had to get mum to accommodation she would be more comfortable and lost money on the second night

Slightly odd design with living area upstairs but otherwise all good. Some kitchen appliances quite dirty.

Well equipped for long or short stay. Very secure entrance to property. Bedding is comfortable. Close to public transport, restaurants and supermarkets. Communication was excellent, very prompt.

There was a lot of street noise that continued all night. I would not recommend the front room being used as a bedroom for this reason.

The location is excellent. Extremely convenient and close to the trams. Proximity to Gertrude Street with excellent restaurants, gourmet food and wine bars is a great bonus. The upstairs living room is very charming and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Just the location of the bathroom and toilet off the kitchen but the shower is excellent. This can't be helped and it is a very minor drawback.

Great little terrace behind a shop on Smith Street Collingwood. Beds super comfy, great facilities, amazing shower. Close to amazing food/bars on Smith Street and also close enough to the CBD
