Great location and a really lovely apartment

The location is certainly the best and the house has a lovely style.

A few things: it is very tricky to get into the parking in the back courtyard, down an alley way and around a very tight corner. We arrived at night time in the rain, so it was interesting locating the property and then trying to park in the back so we could unload our luggage and all the baby gear. There is no fan in the toilet (which is located next to the kitchen) and also no hand towels in the bathroom. The owner emailed a 'house manual' which is/was set up for airbnb, some details in the manual were not correct. For example, 'there will be some breakfast items to start you off' (because I read this, I didn't bother to collect anything from the supermarket on our way from the airport that night) And there wasn't even any milk for a tea or coffee in the morning! (This is super disappointing, especially when we have to be so organized with a 3month old baby and a toddler) Although the location is good, coles is still a 10min walk away. I think the description should also explain that the house is 2 levels, with the dining, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Living and 2 bedrooms up the (very steep) stairs. Again, not ideal with young ones and getting the luggage into the place! The house is wonderfully decorated, and beds comfy and clean, however the whole house was very dusty, including the split systems. I would only recommend this place to couples and friends, not ideal for families with young ones.

Very stylish apartment, walking distance to MCG. Had absolutely everything available there for our weekend stay. Helpful service.

Can definitely not fit a large car in laneway to enclosed parking, but on street parking was safe and permit provided.

Location is great. Heaps of food options outside. 25 minute walk to the city centre. Host is always contactable.

Advertises as 3 bedrooms but one bedroom is actually the living room. One of the bedroom has a huge sun light with no way to close it = 6am wake up every morning. :( The living room / 3rd bedroom faces the street and can be noisy.

It was cute comfortable and cozy. It was clean had what you required eg kitchen had everything you needed including basic spices and oils. Beds were comfortable. Nice outdoor area. Felt secure and safe. Great location.

the night we arrived there was no power, it was a public utility decision, so we had no wi fi, no hot water, no TV and no lights apart from lanterns provided by the host. For us older folk, having a toilet at the far end of the building was a nuisance.
