The property was in a great location for us to do things in this area. Still quite handy for trams to the city etc. Clean and very tidy.

Off street parking a little difficult to manipulate. Very tight.

It was oversold advertised as 3 bedrooms when it is 2 Stairs and up and down to get to the kitchen and laundry Kitchen is obviously a commercial kitchen turned into a residence The third bedroom is the living room with a sofa bed. The issue is that it’s on a busy street and the noise in the night makes it difficult to sleep

It was close to tram, home feeling, comfortable bed, kitchen facilities.

The toilet was downstairs so it was hard to keep going up and down the stairs with a toddler. Couldn't open the window for fresh air.

The parking is only really for those who have very small cars, we couldn’t use the parking spot in the back yard. But having said that, a parking permit is provided to park on the street and finding parking was okay for most of the time.
