Location location location, everything you need all just walking distance away.

Freezing cold, had to turn on multiple heaters to keep the place warm, but I guess the Melbourne weather was more to blame. Bathroom position located to the very back of the house, very challenging to rush over in the middle of the night with the cold breeze or any other times.

"Great place for two couples to hang out in Collingwood surrounded by great food and shopping."

The location was fantastic, close to everything but in a quiet area. The rooms were large and the kitchen facilities were good. We had access to off-street parking.

The toilet was downstairs and the bedroom and lounge upstairs. A little inconvenient but normal for inner city apartments.

Communication with the host was exceptional. Checking in and out was effortless. The location was amazing, and the house surpassed our expectations. On-site parking in Melbourne is a huge bonus!

Great location, reasonable bed, great communication

The property has an unusual layout, bedrooms and lounge upstairs with kitchen, bathroom and small dining downstairs. The bathroom is through the kitchen. One bedroom has no windows but a skylight that can’t be blocked so the sun comes streaming through in the morning. The light on the stairwell doesn’t work properly and needs to be fixed for safety using the stairs at night. Cleanliness was lacking, dusty light fixtures, grubby mat in the bathroom in front of the sink, spider webs and bugs on the ceilings.

Old building with character but with modern flare.

The stairs. Not mentioned in the add. Not that they are an issues but as someone travelling with someone who has knee issues- I wish they were mentioned prior to booking

"Amazing house!"

Super well furnished and well located property with everything you might need for your stay.

Nothing much to mention. There is just one doorway that is a bit small and my husband kept banging with his head but I guess that’s just the quirkiness of old Victorian houses
