Your home on Smith St Collingwood Melbourne with parking

All clean and fresh paint, really good kitchen setup, location, back patio, host responsiveness

A bit awkward to have bathroom downstairs and living room up. One br has no window (but is well ventilated with a/c).

comfortable home away from home, great location and very easy communication. we had everything we needed and it was super easy to get around Melbourne from the location. thanks again 😄

Location and it is a nice property

The sofa bed in the front room is very comfortable, but the noise of the street was quite loud.

The location was fantastic. It gave me easy access to good, sights and culture. Smith Street is teeming with lively places to shop, visit and eat in. We were able to explore this side of Collingwood without worrying about parking and drink driving. The house had really comfortable rooms upstairs. It was beautifully decorated and well appointed. Parking permit was provided and that was the key reason for renting this place. Love the vibe in the sitting room, so very attuned to what Smith street is all about.

It was cold in June and whilst it was warm and toasty upstairs, the downstairs area which included dining, kitchen and toilet was freezing. The sole heater downstairs could not warm the place up adequately. While we had warm layers on, the floor was still very cold. I would suggest bringing room slippers to wear if staying over winter. The main door had a huge bottom gap that was letting cold air in, so heating was not very efficient.

Cleanliness and near to city.Also free parking.Heated room too!

Only one toilet at level 1.Would be great if there’s 2 toilet at each floor.Other than that all good!
