semi warm showers, broken lampshade, item missing from cook top. not able to move between floors our other family on floor 20 we had to go down to reception to meet then go to their room not convenient

Great location close to everything

Damage already to the apartment made us stressed that we would be blamed and charged from our deposit and the hot water in the shower only worked once leaving only hot tap on for over ten minutes to get a warm shower

Location was great.

Space was smaller than expected but the beds were horrid one bed didn’t even have a mattress on it. It only had a mattress base on it and u cld feel the springs and it was hard and it clearly was a base because it actually said so on the base itself. We had to layer blankets on it and sleep ontop of our blankets. And turn heater on to keep us warm at night. The other room had a fine bed but that had a mattress on it unlike ours. Didn’t like the fact when we told th person at reception that our washing machine stopped washing half way through a cycle and our bed had no mattress on it and he told us he has nothing to do with it we need to msg the owners through the app? I booked for four people and the couch only seated two people so we had to rotate. We did have laughs but definitely won’t ever stay there again.

it was terrible, small and it stunk LITERALLY EVERYTHING STUNK, from the fridge smelling like mould to the house smelling like burnt cigarettes.

location, friendly and helpful staff. they were very kind.

Close to Victoria markets and restaurants

Very small, long queues for lifts, process for providing credit card details was very unsecure , beds need new mattresses
