"It wasn’t worth to spend money on the stay."

The location was pretty good because it’s in the middle of CBD and the staff was friendly as well.

The curtains were broken and they told us the wifi name and password but there wasn’t any wifi showed up, so end up no wifi. Besides that, we came in winter season and the air conditioner couldn’t turn on, which means we sleep in cold rooms.

"Over all we enjoyed our stay."

Location is good

Dangerous appliances, kettle and lamp need replacing. Smoke alarm in kitchen inactive. Some areas need repair, grout in bathroom, damp around bedroom sliding door.

Clean, good facilities in unit, tea, coffee sugar provided, excellent location for city trips.

2nd bedroom mattress is aged and could feel springs while sleeping. Unit more compact than in pics

good location reasonable value

very concerned about the process of paying the security deposit this felt very risky as they requested a photo copy of credit card front and back before providing check in details. Bed in one bedroom was broken we reported this on arrival but no attempt to repair or replace made during the whole 3 day stay. on check out we asked concierge for bag store they flat refused. do we had to pay for storage at nearby station

I asked for customer support, i spoke to booking. Com of my complaint regarding a broken bed, a power point that was unsafe and the mould in the shower and hand basin. I have had no response or follow up. I am very unhappy as I booked this accommodation through booking .com. Happy to take the money and do nothing for my complaint. If you want to do your job, call me on 0408 317 245 to follow up my concerns. If not I will not be using booking. Com in the future

Poorly cleaned , extremely incompetent management ( of the apartment ). Maintenance work that should have been done had NOT been done
