MY80 Apartment located in the inner of Melbourne CBD

Beds were small and uncomfortable Wifi kept beeping every 5 mins all night Air conditioning didn’t work Concierge came into room without consent

Wasnt cleaned properly and alarm beeping all night

Nothing, even they request bond, they said they going to return the money after 14 days and actually happens 30 days and they don’t return.

The lift doesn’t work, so we wait more than 1 hour.

I loved the location of the property but everything else is questionable.

I paid a deposit of $300 and still haven’t received it back been over 7 days. I followed up so many times and still don’t have my money back. I shouldn’t have to do that and especially when in writing I was advised it will be returned post check out. The staff were nice at the time of check in but now getting limited response. Additionally,the living room area was too small.

Great location But, the smoke alarms were not installed , the were sitting under the tv. I was promised a lounge with a sofa bed, no sofa bed !!! Which made our stay very uncomfortable , as I needed the sofa bed to sleep on . There is a beeping sound very frequently coming from the bedroom cupboard , very annoying throughout the night.
