excellent location right on seafront near shops & bars

Clean and spacious

the surrounding area and I suggested to have the two apartments to be in the same building but they weren't able to accommodate or reach out.

Location was great...right on boardwalk.

A better supplied kitchen, better lighting in kitchen, couch not comfortable, bathroom in need of repairs.

We loved the location of the property and the natural light that it offered. But our favorite part was definitely the living room view.

The kitchen was poorly equipped in utensils for cooking.

We did not realize the place to pick up the keys was not at the location of our unit. After some local people helped with phone calls someone did come to provide the keys and show us how to turn on the wifi.

The unit could use a number of improvements that would not cost much: Toilet paper holder, shelf in the bathroom, better lighting in the bathroom and especially the kitchen (took 5 seconds for the light to come on). Also some additional utensils in the kitchen such as: spatula, scissor, tongs, small pot and egg flipper.

The kitchen stove had 2 burners not working, 1 burner at 50 percent and 1 fully functioning burner, so a challenge to do much cooking. The bathroom was the worst that I have ever used. There was a bad odour coming out of it most days that required opening all windows in the apartment. Every time the shower was used there would be water on the floor which drained into the kitchen floor and had to be cleaned up most days. They did do some caulking around the tub but that only lasted a week and then water once again. I would not stay in this apartment again nor would I recommend it to anyone else until the owners did some upgrades on bathroom and kitchen.

Very clean and great place to have stayed in. So close to the beach and all good places.

The only dislike was to get bath had discoloration around the plug Lift when on ground floor made loud open and close grating sound every time somebody got in or out with this noise coming right up into our apartment. We could handle this but has to be said as I think it could be fixed very easily
