The sofa bed was previously damaged and could not be utilised as a spare bed. Apart from this, everything else during this stay was great, from the rooms to the bathrooms and the provided amenities!

The host had requested credit card information prior to our arrival in order to take a $300 bond, we requested a written form for this however we were able to void the bond and pay the advertised price.

I did not stay there as there was no one at the property to give me the keys, tried to call the contact number with no answer. Checked with a receptionist at the building but she said we don’t deal with the owners of this property, and they usually leave the keys in a lock box that they put around the fence and this is illegal. After an hour of no answer I had to book a room in another hotel for my family. Finally they called me to say room is ready and the need a copy of my Id and credit card sent by email. I said I don’t send these confidential information to a random email and always come to the property manager who check them on spot. I asked for a refund through booking.com but till now I didn’t receive my money.

They asked my bank card details including CVC using various email adresseses and phone numbers. They kept me waiting 2hrs without providing the key colletion details. They do not refund safety deposit!

Really good location, beds were so comfortable, the showers were really good too.

The only thing that was tough was that the aircon was down at the time, the host did give us a couple portable aircons which was lovely, but it was still a bit hot.

Mahout water damage in kitchen, terribke to communicate with, booked room with sofa bed-it was broken and no mattress. Like literally broken the whole section lifted out. Sofa itself was so so so dirty i had to cover it before sitting on it. Cobwebs in every window frame - not just a bit. They were big ones. They boght a blow up mates supposedly at almost 11pm at night after is already booked as they didn't respond to msg or phone calls. No parking and you get told of for parking car to unload you baggage. Never again. And now following legal advice as they are holding my deposit and I've requested a full refund.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this apartment in Melbourne. Although communication with the host was frequent, it felt unnecessary and a bit intrusive. The apartment had multiple issues: the air conditioning didn’t work, and even after a maintenance man came to fix it, the problem persisted. It was obvious the host knew about this, as there was a portable air conditioner on-site that also didn’t work. One of our guests couldn’t even stay at the apartment because it was far too hot. The sofa bed was broken, and with 4 guests staying, there were only glasses and amenities for 2. To top it off, additional fees for washing made it feel like we couldn’t relax. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience.

Host was very difficult to deal with.

A deposit was required. Had to request my refund of deposit paid for weeks (3+) with numerous messages/calls ignored from host (even though stated it would be refunded within 7-14 days). Would not recommend this stay.

Still not received my deposit back after two weeks
