This property is poorly maintained. The walls are damaged. The paintings are torn, a door handle to the main bedroom is hanging off. The sofa bed was left set up despite there only being two of us, this is because it doesn't return to a sofa. Kitchen chairs to sit in the lounge room. The property owners are unresponsive and I still have not had the additional $300 security deposit returned 3 weeks later. I will be taking this matter further. It's a great location but such a poor experience.

There was a leak in the ceiling water was dripping at kitchen area. Sofa cum bed was faulty couldn’t use n no parking for our vehicle.

despite paying the security deposit and sending POI to the host we waited and waited for the code for the lock box til way after check in time. As I was travelling with a young man with a disability and we had flown from Perth to Melbourne on the midnight flight we had not slept and asked if we could get in a little early. No reply. So we waited in the lobby of the apartment where we were rudely told we could not sleep even sitting up as it was not appropriate. Try telling that to people that are just exhausted. Finally we got the code and I had to walk a distance to where the lock box was hidden, retrieve the keys and the box and then we could gain access to the apartment. A simple act of kindness would have gone a long way. The apartment had been cleaned some time before we arrived so it was not a cleaning deadline issue it was just plainly "the rules".

The property was clean and tidy. Lots of space for two adults :-), although we didn’t spent the entire time in the apartment as we were out doing tourist things throughout the day. Location was great with 15 mins tram ride from Melbourne CBD.

There was only one issue the towel rail in the master bedroom/bathroom is not fitted properly, just hanging by a thread. It needs to be permanently fitted to the wall so no one gets hurt. It nearly cut wrist when I hung my towel up the first day we arrived. Please note, this is a feedback not a complain.

After one month of checking out from the property, I am still trying on a daily basis to have my security deposit refunded. The owners keep giving me the run around and at this stage I am resigned to the fact that I will not have the deposit refunded even though I left the apartment in the condition I found it when I checked in. Overall a very disappointing experience and I caution anyone of booking this apartment.

The properety required a security deposit of AUD300 prior to check in which is fine. I have had a terrible time trying to get the security deposit retunred since I checked out and I keep getting the run around from the property. Whilst everything with the property was good, it has been a very frustrating experience trying to have our secutirty deposit returned.
