Location was perfect as needed to be close to the hospital. Booked very last minute and communications with the host was good for the most part. Lovely apartment and exactly as described.

Key collection could be a bit easier, bond/deposit refund took a week instead of 72hrs as originally stated

This apartment is a scam. They will request extra bond money and ID, then they will find a reason to claim the bond money. I stayed at the apartment for less than 3 hours over three nights due to a change of plans and they have falsely accused me of damaging their TV which was untouched. Avoid this apartment and similar properties managed by LaMaison at all costs.

Location. Set in beautiful surroundings. Tram at front door. Secure. Parque Apartments 10/10 Unit is well equipped for short stay overlooking the Alfred Hospital. Comfy Beds Two nice bathrooms.

This unit should not be available to take bookings. Reading reviews from 12 months ago a person had complained about paint peeling off the ceiling etc. We were subjected to a leaking AC overflow pipe into the kitchen area onto the carpet infront of electrical appliances that we were too scared to use. Clearly its been an ongoing problem. I thought maybe the shower upstairs was leaking etc however the kind man at concierge assured me that was not the case at 3 am when we could no longer stand the dripping. I sent photos to the owner so am hoping the problem has been rectified. We collected over two litres into a pot in 20 minutes at one stage. The lounge needs replacing it is shabby and has deep drops when you sit on it. The key collection off the front fence is ridiculous when the apartments have 24 concierge. I had communications from LaMaison Homes and another Company Emails from Gmail account and the request for the Deposit was to a payid account which I googled to ensure it was genuine all in all too much hassle.

Difficult process for getting keys and unexpected complications when booking through booking.com

Location and size.

Completely disappointed. Poor communication and most inconvenient check in process. No one wants to be searching in the bushes at 9pm with luggage for a key with a difficult to open lockbox. Caused way more stress than it was worth. Continued to message me constantly asking for checkin details and ID days after leaving. I’m all for paying a deposit or holding a balance on my bank card, but the methods used to take this balance was completely out of my comfort. If I pay through booking.com I expect all payments to be made via the same method or at a reception front desk. I was not comfortable taking a photo front and back of my bank card to send to a stranger or transferring via payID. It also took over a week to get our deposit back after asking for it. Place was okay, It’s just a shame it hasn’t been maintained. Needs a lot of care and repairs to reach its potential. Giant holes in ceiling and watermarks were unsettling. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
