A localização era boa

Infelizmente, a nossa experiência foi muito negativa. Durante a noite encontrámos imensos percevejos nas camas, o que tornou impossível descansar e nos causou grande desconforto. A situação foi tão grave que tivemos de deitar fora algumas peças de roupa por receio de transportar os insetos connosco. O mais dececionante foi a falta de uma solução adequada e de preocupação com o transtorno causado. Esperávamos uma resposta mais responsável perante um problema tão sério. Pela nossa experiência, não recomendamos este alojamento.

"Estava tudo ótimo, até chegar a noite..."

O apartamento no geral era bom, com boas áreas e condições. Varanda muito espaçosa e com acesso direto à zona da piscina.

Infelizmente, numa das camas deparámo-nos com pulgas e percevejos vivos, já depois de deitar na mesma. Após sentir as picadas, acendi a luz e vi os bichinhos na cama e as mordidas que deixaram no corpo. Tive de dormir no sofá. Comuniquei esta situação à empresa gestora do alojamento e não obtive nenhum feedback, o que no meio disto tudo acabou por ser o mais decepcionante...
