The neighborhood.

This was by far the worst experience I've had while on vacation. My family did not get any sleep whatsoever. All morning and all afternoon was horrible. All we could hear was running, jumping, and talking literally the entire time we were there. There were no tvs in the rooms to attempt to drown the noise out, so it got to the point we would just leave and try to come back late at night to avoid the noise which was a bad idea because we would have to walk 15 plus minutes back to the home after finding a parking spot, and would be waken up every single morning at 6am. It literally sounded like construction going on up there. I am extremely upset because the cost of living is high in California. We are from the south. I paid almost 1k for not even 4 full days. 1k here is a dull months mortgage plus utilities. I have never in my life been so ready to come back home and leave a vacation early. I understand you guys were on vacation as well, so the communication was not great. I reached out twice regarding the noise, which was posted as a violation on the refrigerator. The first time I reached out, I received no response. The second time, I was told you guys would reach out, but nothing changed. I feel like we did not get our money's worth. I also responded to you guys immediately after receiving a message about the last call to check in early and didn't receive a response until the next day or so when it was too late. And it felt like you guys were super nonchalant about it. My family literally had to sit in front of the home for hours before we could get in, due to having an early flight, we flew in from Dallas with a 2 hour time difference, so the day was extremely long. California overall was a horrible experience, and we definitely will not be back.

The bathroom and dining area were really nice. The bedrooms had lamps/tables that had usb plugs in then, so that was really nice.

Parking was horrible! You could hear the people upstairs stomping around and screaming. There was no sugar or salt in the kitchen but lots of random unlabeled spices. The towels were small and thin.

The space we shared.

The property seemed run down, lights not working, outside lights on deck not working, no paper towels, could have used more towels for the amount of time and # of guests sharing apartment. Cheap cookware, some windows not opening or blinds stuck in a fixed position. Parking was EXTREMELY poor, more so than we were led to believe. Steps to apartment were dangerous.

Location for me Everything I needed was in the facility Parking was a little difficult, but I believe that may be throughout the whole city.

Good location to restaurants and the zoo. Comfortable and spacious shower. Good instructions by the host.

The pictures online are great but the property definitely needs some uplifting. We thought it’s ground floor but it’s 2 steep staircases down . You hear the noises in the house around very well.
