CasaViva Garden - 2BR with Firepit, S'mores & Kids Playset - Walk to Eats, Near Zoo, SeaWorld & Balboa Park

It definitely was in a great spot for going to the zoo and attractions.

The beds were really comfortable, but it was very cold when we got there. We did find one space heater and there was a fake fireplace in the living room that put off some heat. I wish there were more blankets. The pictures online look great but it definitely needs some updating. The backyard did not look anything like the pictures. It was not very inviting the grass was all grown up. The parking was hard. Sometimes you could park sometimes you had to park far away. My husband had to get up a few times to go look for closer parking because he parked in a spot in town that he had to be out by 7am. Parking was stressful.

I really liked the location

The couch wasn’t comfortable and I wish there was TV in bedrooms. There was only 2 days of coffee provided. Had to buy coffee most days when I would have enjoyed sitting on back deck. Also had to purchase charcoal for grill. The little expenses added up. The bed should never had broken. The owner was very responsive but when you get in from a long day of travel having a bed break is the worse.

cozy and located in a nice neighborhood. the apartment has all the facilities and it is very nice. perfect choice to visit San Diego

bathroom was the only nice room in the entire apartment.

Apartment is extremely small and very dated. the picture on Booking.com are very deceiving. Apartments in major renovation. Backyard was extremely unpleasant and uninvited
