Good location. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

I thought ground floor meant exactly that but there are two rather steep flights of stairs down to reach the apartment. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues

Location, Comfort, Spaciousness. Good communication from host.

As others have mentioned, parking is an issue. Because we knew this going in due to other people reviewing, we were not surprised by it, but it needs to be taking into account. Each night we needed to park about 3 blocks or more from the house. Earlier in the day it would not be a problem, but at night (we were touristing ever day so we returned at night every night) most the parking is occupied. Additionally, on 2nd and 4th Mondays and Tuesdays the street sweeper/ no parking issue on half the roads made it far worse. I got up at 6am to move the car out of the 'no parking 7a-10a' zone and had to park about a half-mile away. Again, we knew this was coming so not a big deal to us. House needs a kettle for boiling water. We used the empty coffee maker, but a kettle would be a nice addition. Also there was no dishwasher detergent. Minor hitch. We would rent here again.

Overall our stay was amazing. It was the perfect size for the three of us. The location was absolutely perfect and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Based on previous reviews I was worried about the beds and water pressure, but the beds were super comfortable and caused no issues along with the water pressure which was perfect! Absolutely will be staying there again

Location was great and I liked that there was some view from the dining area

The door to the deck was stuck and we couldn't open it.
